What's New at the Reserve?

Save the date! Our next community meeting is scheduled for Tuesday August 18 at 6:00p.m. at the clubhouse. The board will present updates and status reports on lawn and landscaping, pool maintenance, and the landscape committee work, among other topics, and will take comments and questions.

Now that the weather is warmer and we are more apt to head to the pool, let's take a moment to refresh our memories on the rules and community expectations.

Please remember:
* No glass is allowed in the pool area.
* When you leave, put umbrellas down and chairs back where you found them.
* Guests MUST BE accompanied by a unit owner AT ALL TIMES and children must be supervised by sight and sound.

The landscape committee
The landscape committee will meet on the second Friday of each month at 10:00am throughout the summer. Each meeting will be a working session where weeding, trimming, planting, etc. will occur at the entrance, bench, hillside and pool building areas. WE WELCOME ANYONE THAT MIGHT WANT TO PARTICIPATE.
We also would like to know if any residents have any plantings they would like to get rid of. If your plantings are compatible with what fits with our landscaping needs, we will gladly remove them for you. PLEASE LET GREG ANDERSON KNOW IF YOU HAVE UNWANTED PLANTS.

For anyone who may be interested in the detailed breakdown of what chemicals Integrity Turf will be applying during their lawn treatments this year, please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) fact sheets which are all kept in a 3-ring binder. The binder is located on the small bookcase in the “office” in the clubhouse.

Please keep the binder in the clubhouse so that others may use it as well. Thanks!
